Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview:
As Supervisory PM&R Physician and Service Chief, you will provide both clinical care and administrative leadership to the PM&R team. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation services while supervising and mentoring staff to optimize patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive physiatric evaluations, functional assessments, and rehabilitation planning

  • Diagnose and manage acute/chronic musculoskeletal and pain conditions using evidence-based, non-surgical approaches

  • Provide multimodal chronic pain management and opioid stewardship

  • Order/interpret diagnostic studies (e.g., X-ray, MRI, EMG/NCS, ultrasound) and perform musculoskeletal/interventional pain procedures within privileges

  • Collaborate with PT, OT, behavioral health, social work, pharmacy and other specialties

  • Lead multidisciplinary team meetings, provide in-service training/consults, and deliver care via in-person and telehealth modalities

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and complete additional clinical duties as assigned

Supervisory & Administrative Duties:

  • Supervise, guide, and clinically oversee PM&R staff

  • Manage clinic operations, scheduling, and access to care across all sites

  • Participate in committee meetings, quality/process improvement, and compliance activities

  • Contribute to policy/protocol development and service expansion initiatives

  • Complete other administrative or non-clinical duties as assigned
