Position Highlights

• Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)
• Position Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital - Potsdam OB/GYN Practice (Potsdam, NY)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40-hour work week
  • Call Requirement is 1:5 call coverage, dependent on department needs
• Practice Setting: Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice
• EMR: Epic
• Team Structure: Collaboration with St. Lawrence Region Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, APPs, and clinical support staff as well as other RRH System Physicians and providers
• Opportunities for mentorship available

  • Base salary range of $350,000-$400,000*

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
