Full job description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a thriving physician-led health system in Southwest Georgia in recruiting a full-time Anesthesiologist to join a robust, collaborative team at a 155-bed community-based teaching hospital. This opportunity offers excellent work-life balance, advanced technology, and competitive compensation within a collegial medical environment.
Opportunity Highlights
- Join a strong anesthesia team of 4 board-certified Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and AAs
- Monday?Friday schedule: Start at 6:30 AM, typically finish by 3?4 PM
- 2 anesthesiologists per day with a mix of solo and supervisory cases
- Bread-and-butter general anesthesia cases (nerve blocks, epidurals, A-lines, etc.)
- No cardiac or neurosurgical
- Expected 40?50 cases per day across 10 operative sites (includes OB & endoscopy)
- Call: 1-in-8 weekday call (home call allowed); no weekend call
- Hospital features:

- Advanced technology, including 4 Da Vinci 5 Surgical Robots, Mako Robot, Glidescope, Mindray machines, and more
Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent guaranteed salary, plus 3% annual cost-of-living increase

Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (must certify within 5 years if eligible)
- GA medical license or qualification via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
- Completion or near-completion of Anesthesiology residency
