Registered Nurse Float Pool

Northern Nevada Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool, working full-time nights across ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive bedside care, assess and monitor complex patients, administer medications, interpret telemetry, and support critical interventions. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and quality standards. This position offers diverse clinical exposure, strong teamwork, and opportunities for ongoing learning in a patient-centered community hospital.
