Wound Care and Ostomy Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking a dedicated RN Wound Care Ostomy nurse to provide expert care to patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and skin integrity needs. In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement evidence-based wound and ostomy care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families on wound prevention, ostomy management, and self-care, while documenting thoroughly in the EMR.
