Location: Jefferson, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $35–$60/hour Flat Rate
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Typical Flagged Hours: 50+ hours common

You'll diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models, including approximately 30% European vehicles, while handling both diagnostics and general repair work.
The shop emphasizes consistent workflow, teamwork, and structured processes designed to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Perform automotive maintenance and general repair
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete needed repairs
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Collaborate with technicians and Service Advisors
- Follow established shop systems and processes
Qualifications
- A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician experience
- Strong automotive diagnostic skills
- Ability to diagnose concerns and complete repairs
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to follow structured shop systems and processes
Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$60/hour flat rate, based on experience and proven performance
