Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections on completed automotive repairs to help verify workmanship and vehicle operation
• Conduct vehicle test drives to evaluate operation following repairs and confirm that reported concerns have been addressed
• Assist automotive technicians with non-repair tasks, including locating, staging, and preparing parts
• Check and adjust tire pressures, inspect fluid levels, and top off fluids as instructed
• Perform vehicle photo inspections, document vehicle condition, and run diagnostic scans as directed
• Prepare vehicles for service appointments and customer delivery, including minor cleaning when needed
• Organize the shop lot, move vehicles safely, and help maintain efficient vehicle flow
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support a professional customer experience

Qualifications

• No previous professional automotive repair experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver customer vehicles
• Strong attention to detail when performing quality control checks, inspections, and vehicle documentation
• Willingness to learn automotive service procedures and follow instructions from experienced technicians
• Ability to support shop operations in a fast-paced automotive service environment
• Ability to maintain organized work areas and handle assigned tasks consistently
• Professional communication skills when interacting with team members and supporting customer service
