We are seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our clinical family. This role is designed for a clinician who excels in a patient-focused environment and values a stable, relaxed pace. You will be responsible for providing top-tier preventative treatments while building trust and rapport with our patients. If you have a gentle chairside manner and a passion for oral health education, we would love to have you on our team.

Clinical Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance.
Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital X-rays to assist in comprehensive diagnosis.
Patient Education: Counsel patients on oral hygiene, preventative health, and the importance of long-term care.
Record Management: Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records and clinical notes.
Collaboration: Work both independently and as a vital part of our integrated clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow.

Requirements

Basic life support
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Licensed dental hygienist
X-ray / Radiography Certification

Licensure: Active State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a dental setting.
Certifications: Current CPR and AED certifications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and navigating electronic dental records.
Clinical Excellence: Strong understanding of dental terminology and preventative patient care.

Education: Advanced health education and counseling skills.
Experience: Experience in a modern private practice utilizing advanced digital diagnostic tools.
Background: Prior experience in dental assisting or multi-disciplinary clinical care.

Working Hours

Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1–2 Saturdays per month)
Office Status: Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
