Job Details:

Location: San Angelo, TX

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a total of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program; Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain it; New graduates encouraged to apply.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans. Delivers evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Collaborates with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree EMR platform. Manages a caseload targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits daily, in a supportive outpatient setting that promotes professional growth and clinical excellence.
