Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Summary of Job:
This is an experienced VDC Coordinator position where the incumbent will translate design intent contract documents or 3D design models of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems into fabrication and installation detail Building Information Models (BIM’s) utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software.Education and Experience:
- 2 or more years of experience with installation or 3D modelling of mechanical or plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Autodesk Navisworks
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit or any other BIM related software is a plus
- A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
