Full job description

It's our Private Grand Opening Event! We will focus on great customer service, fast checkouts, and line control.

You will complete a phone screen with a Bluecrew Team Member in order to work this position.

Join our team at the Team Store and help create an exceptional experience for fans on game day. As a Lead, you will help support the store operations by guiding the Bluecrew Retail Associates, assisting customers, managing merchandise, and helping maintain a clean, organized environment.

What You’ll Do

-Greet and assist customers with purchases

-Process transactions using the POS system

-Restock shelves and maintain product displays

-Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fan‑ready

-Provide friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced environment

-Follow all event, check‑in, and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

-Positive attitude and strong customer‑service skills

-Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

-Comfortable working in a busy event setting

-Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required

Additional Team Lead Responsibilities

-Provide hands‑on leadership, oversee Bluecrew Associates, and ensure execution of job duties.

-Oversee onsite operational execution during peak business periods

-Maintain associate focus and productivity during high‑volume surges

-Coordinate breaks & rotations

-Act as first escalation point onsite

- Support crew member arrival coordination/communication

- Attendance verification

- Print shift roster for sign in/out - used to audit timestamps

- Uniform adherence

- First-line associate questions & issue resolution

- Escalate concerns to Account Manager

- Trained to provides real‑time coaching and feedback

- Identify poor-fit associates

- Follows standard incident SOPs as needed, & submit incident reports

- Ensure associates fulfill job directives via calm, confident leadership

- Provide morale and problem‑solving during high‑pressure moments

Meal Break: Each team member will have a 30-minute unpaid lunch break as long as they work a minimum of 5.5 hours. The option to bring your own lunch is your decision. There will be concession stands open for food purchase.

Print and bring paper sign-in sheet.

Ensure associates use the Bluecrew APP to clock in/out for lunch.

  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, paying attention to detail
