VNS Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Care team in the Bronx. In this role, you will provide therapeutic treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility and independence in the comfort of their homes. You’ll implement care plans, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and document clinical information.
