Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required
* Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
* Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required
* Recent experience in EPIC and Cerner
Assignment Details
* 40 hours per week
* EPIC project position supporting a staff transition to EPIC
* No RTO allowed
