Speech Language Pathologist

As a Speech Language Pathologist at MedStar Health, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat adults and children with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an acute and/or outpatient care setting. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, rehab therapists, and families to create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Responsibilities include standardized assessments, goal setting, patient and caregiver education, accurate documentation, and participation in team conferences and quality initiatives.
