The Opportunity
As Associate Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple functions, translating business priorities into practical people strategies. You will combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent, and the employee experience in a dynamic, science-driven environment.
This is an on-site role in Rockville. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in the action, building relationships face-to-face, and being part of the everyday mix!

The estimated compensation range for this role is $149,000-$212,000 annually. The actual salary offered to the final candidate depends on factors such as relevant work experience, skills, education, and years of experience.
