The Position:
We are seeking an Adult Primary Care Physician to join an outpatient clinic in Lynn, MA. The Physician is a key member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team, leading the Clinical Team and collaborating with Nurse Practitioners to provide comprehensive primary care. The focus is on planning, implementing, and evaluating care to help frail elders safely remain in the community.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $200,000 $294,000 (DOE)

Schedule & Patient Load:
- Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
- On-call: phone only, 1:15 weeks
- patients/day (or fewer)
Requirements:
- Board Certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Geriatric Medicine certification preferred but not required
- Current Massachusetts medical license and DEA privileges
- Current CPR certification
- COVID vaccination preferred; annual flu shot required
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care within PACE programs
- Oversee care and treatment by PACE teams
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities
