Delivery Driver (01502) - 416 S 9th Street

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (416 S 9th Street). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivals
• Provide exceptional customer service, including friendly interactions and professional communication
• Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy
• Handle and transport products with care, maintaining product quality throughout delivery
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and support operational efficiency

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer communication abilities
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules
• Physical capability to safely lift and transport packages
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Preferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles
