Encompass Health seeks an OT Team Leader to guide a team of occupational therapists in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, including overseeing caseload distribution, supporting clinical decision-making, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The OT Team Leader collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to develop individualized care plans, mentors staff, supports performance improvement initiatives, and promotes a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous learning while helping patients regain independence after serious illness or injury.
