Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

The role involves delivering high-quality cardiology services across four key locations within the healthcare system. You'll be responsible for inpatient rounds and potential ambulatory visits, supported by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during weekdays. The position is designed to address gaps in coverage, ensuring continuous cardiology care and support for the patient community. As a vital part of the medical team, you'll engage in consultative services, primarily managing general cardiology cases.

Schedule and Assignment Details

The assignment offers a structured schedule from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for onsite coverage, with the possibility of night call coverage from 4:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. Night call duties are distributed across all four facilities, ensuring comprehensive coverage while fostering teamwork and collaboration. The position requires candidates to be available for shifts from October 2026 to December 2026, with potential for ongoing dates beyond this period.

Support and Work Environment

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Cardiology with active NE & IA or IMLC licensure.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and DEA are highly preferred.
• Clean malpractice and background check is highly preferred.
• Ability to detail availability and commit to shifts from October to December 2026.
