We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Coppell, TX. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that restore function, reduce pain, and promote independence. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your clinical expertise, empathy, and commitment to excellence are valued and supported.
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician recommendations
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to address patient impairments and functional limitations
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to promote active participation in recovery
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of all patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with clinical standards
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate outcomes with the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and organizational policies
- Demonstrate professional growth through continued learning and staying current with best practices in physical therapy
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and documentation software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to educate and motivate patients
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity required for patient care delivery
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to adapt treatment approaches based on patient response
- Preferred: Prior experience in outpatient, home health, or clinical physical therapy settings
- Preferred: Experience with diverse patient populations and various diagnoses

- $80-85K base salary for new grads ($85-90K w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!)
- $85-92K base salary for experienced clinicians, based on experience level ($90-100K+ w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!)
