REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team, provide patient and family education, and support safe transitions of care.
