In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve function, safety, and independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, provide clear patient and family education, and document care in our EMR.
