Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehab services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to restore independence in daily living, mobility, and cognition. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in EMR, and support safe discharge planning in our nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment.
