REGISTERED NURSE

Horizons Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident‑centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will perform assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor resident status to support safety, comfort, and recovery. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with therapy, physicians, and families to promote optimal outcomes and quality of life.
