Occupational Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist, CHT to deliver expert hand and upper extremity rehabilitation in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, custom treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and splinting to restore function and independence. You will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document in the EMR.
