Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Mission Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Room in Asheville, NC. This RN leader coordinates patient flow, supports triage and critical care, and ensures evidence-based practice and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising bedside nurses, mentoring staff, assisting with complex procedures, managing staffing and assignments, and promoting patient safety initiatives. The coordinator collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supports patient and family education, and contributes to process improvement.
