Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Hammonds Lane Center in Brooklyn Park, MD seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to seniors in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage chronic and post-acute conditions, and support residents’ rehab goals. Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting in EHR, monitoring for changes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The RN will supervise CNAs, uphold infection control and regulatory standards, educate residents and families, and contribute to a resident-focused, dignified, and team-oriented environment.
