Director of Rehabilitation Services

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead multidisciplinary therapy services across diverse clinical settings. In this leadership role, you will oversee rehab program operations, manage and mentor PT, OT, SLP, and allied health teams, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, outcomes tracking, and collaboration with facility leaders. You’ll partner closely with recruiters to support clinician-first placement, drive performance, foster a culture of integrity and communication, and support professional growth while advancing rehab excellence nationwide.
