Join the Primary Care team at an independent hospital in a lakeside resort community offering practice autonomy, excellent support, and a balanced lifestyle. This position features a 4 day work week, more than six weeks of PTO, and the opportunity to incorporate procedures and scopes if desired.

Position Highlights:
• Reasonable patient volume of 10-15 patients per day
• Dedicated nurse and exam rooms
• Option to include procedures and scopes
• Four day work week with 6+ weeks of PTO
• Light call schedule with limited on site requirements

Compensation:
• Base salary range: $310,000-$400,000
• Guaranteed $310,000 base salary plus production incentives; total earnings $400,000+
• $100,000 signing bonus
• Up to $250,000 in retention bonuses or student loan repayment
