Our High-Volume Service Department is BOOMING with business and needs to hire Service Advisors/Writers to guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, and more!

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor/Writer:

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, and schedule appointments for service
• Greet customers when they arrive for service appointment and offer additional services and special promotions
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI scores

Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor/Writer:

• Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Dependable, pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive operational knowledge
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
