What You'll Do

• Lead all front and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily execution
• Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
• Drive sales while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs
• Maintain outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
• Work closely with culinary leadership to maintain quality and consistency

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven success managing financial performance, labor, and P&L
• Experience in high-volume food and beverage operations
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Brewery or craft beer knowledge is a plus but not required
