Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapist

Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinics across the Phoenix metro area. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, designing individualized, evidence-based plans of care to restore function and performance. You’ll provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education while documenting thoroughly in our EMR. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you’ll partner with physicians and athletic trainers, receive strong mentorship, pursue continuing education, and grow your career while making a direct impact on patient recovery.
