Opportunity Overview

An innovative virtual healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and support the growth of its 24/7 virtual care platform. This role combines clinical practice with administrative leadership, offering the opportunity to help shape the future of digital healthcare through AI-powered technology.

Position Highlights

• Predominantly remote with some onsite presence required
• Combination of clinical practice and administrative leadership
• Approximately 50–75% clinical and 25–50% administrative responsibilities
• Virtual care across primary, acute, and behavioral health
• Patient population ages 3+
• Collaborative environment with clinical and executive leadership
• Opportunity to influence clinical quality, operations, and innovative care delivery

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine
• 5+ years of post-residency experience
• Prior physician leadership experience
• Epic and telehealth experience
• Active New York, New Jersey medical license and/or IMLC
• Comfortable with technology and maintaining an active clinical practice
