Licensed Practical Nurse

Skilled Nursing of Johnstown is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor residents’ conditions under RN and physician direction. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, assisting with rehabilitation and ADLs, coordinating with interdisciplinary team members, and communicating with families. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to maintaining residents’ dignity, safety, and comfort while supporting a collaborative, professional care environment.
