Immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives in Pembroke Pines!


Redion is a leading travel insurance and travel assistance provider dedicated to helping travelers protect their trips and navigate unexpected challenges while away from home. We support millions of travelers through a wide range of services, including travel protection plans, emergency assistance, and claims support.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to conduct internet research
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required


This is a hybrid role based out of our Pembroke Pines office. As a hybrid employee, you will work onsite 2-3 days per week and remotely 2-3 days per week after successfully completing a 90-day onsite training period.

This department operates 7 days per week, and shifts/hours may vary. The position consists of 5 shifts per week. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
