Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently.
- Manage work orders, scheduling, and daily shop priorities.
- Deliver a strong customer experience from vehicle intake through completion.
- Coach and support technicians and service staff.
- Present repair recommendations and drive service sales while maintaining customer trust.
- Coordinate parts ordering and inventory needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers and the service team throughout the repair process.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 year of Service Manager, Assistant Manager, or Service Advisor experience.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with sales and consistent follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required.
