Brand Ambassador / Event Sales Representative

Jacksonville, JAX Beach & St. Augustine, FL
Part-Time | $18/hr + Uncapped Commission

We're hiring Brand Ambassadors (Event Sales Representatives) to represent Window Nation at local festivals, community events, home shows, and other high-traffic events throughout the Jacksonville area.


What You'll Get:

  • $18/hour guaranteed base pay
  • Uncapped commission, with up to $50 per qualified lead
  • Paid training
  • Mileage reimbursement for eligible event travel
  • Part-time hours, typically 10-30 hours per week

What You'll Do:

  • Start conversations with homeowners at local events
  • Learn about their home improvement needs and introduce them to Window Nation
  • Generate and qualify leads for our sales team
  • Create a welcoming, engaging experience at our event booth
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown

    • You're not responsible for closing the sale. Your job is to create interest and connect qualified homeowners with our sales team.

    • Enjoy meeting and talking with new people
    • Are motivated by goals and earning more for strong performance
    • Are dependable, energetic, and comfortable working on your feet
    • Can work evenings and at least two weekends per month
    • Have reliable transportation to events throughout the Jacksonville area

      • Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, fitness, automotive, wireless sales, or other customer-facing work can translate well to this role.

      Previous sales or event experience is helpful, but direct event marketing experience isn't required. Paid training is provided.


What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation to travel to event locations throughout Jacksonville, JAX Beach, and St. Augustine
  • Availability for evening and weekend events, including at least two weekends per month
  • Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face
  • Ability to remain active and on your feet during event shifts
  • Ability to assist with event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
