LVN Charge Nurse

Touchstone Communities is hiring a PRN LVN Charge Nurse to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents across our Texas communities. In this field-based, on-site role, you will provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications, and oversee nursing staff on assigned shifts. Working within a faith-based, servant-leadership culture, you will champion compassionate, person-centered care, support individualized care plans, and collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents’ recovery, comfort, and dignity while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality clinical outcomes.
