Direct Support Associate

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Associate to join our Community & Social Services team. In this role, you will provide person-centered support to individuals in community and residential settings, assisting with daily living, health, and social activities. You will promote independence, dignity, and safety while implementing care plans and documenting observations.
