MedStar Health seeks a Physical Therapist Homecare Clinical Lead II to provide advanced home-based rehabilitation and clinical leadership across our Maryland–Washington, DC region. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive PT evaluation and treatment in patients’ homes while guiding practice standards, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance. You’ll mentor and support PTs/PTAs, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, drive performance improvement and evidence-based initiatives, and champion patient-first, mission-driven care for diverse communities.
