LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in correctional healthcare settings. The LPN will perform assessments, administer medications, support chronic disease management, assist with emergencies, and document accurately in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Collaborating closely with RNs, providers, and custody staff, you’ll promote safety, infection control, and patient education.
