Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg travel assignment. In this role, you will provide evidence-based bedside care, administer medications, and monitor complex patient conditions on a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans while educating patients and families. You will document accurately in the EMR, support safe discharge planning, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
