Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals. Experience using Raintree EMR preferred. Completion of three HealthStream modules pre-assignment required for new travelers; agency will be reimbursed with proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
Preferred Qualifications
Productivity experience managing 55–63 patients per week, with treatment cadence of approximately two patients per hour and one-hour evaluations. Comfortable with schedules that include some evening coverage through 7:30 pm.
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 08:00–16:30. Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Schedule may require availability for two evenings per week until 7:30 pm. Flexible start date. May be scheduled on a 4x10 option. EMR: Raintree. Duration: 13- to 26-week contract options.
