Full job description

GFL Environmental is seeking a Lead Mechanic to oversee maintenance and repair of our fleet at a busy environmental services facility. In this role, you’ll perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and ensure vehicles and equipment are safe, compliant, and ready for daily operations. You will lead and mentor mechanics, prioritize work orders, coordinate with operations, and maintain accurate service records.
