Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access activities, and remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and sharing information with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, or operational issues according to post orders.
- Carry out assigned armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site policies while maintaining a professional presence and supporting daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
