Asst Food and Beverage Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a team-leading or management role overseeing food and beverage department in a luxury hotel including banquets, in-room dining and several restaurants
• Proven ability to coach, teach, and develop staff
• Experience in luxury hotels and multi-unit operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Expertise in departmental cohesion and team building

Asst Food and Beverage Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire front office teams to deliver top-tier guest service
• Oversee daily operations of 5 outlets plus the banquet department
• Prepare and manage annual budgets while ensuring team adherence to service standards
• Foster departmental collaboration and maintain a positive workplace culture
