COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
  • $285k Base Salary + Production Incentives
  • $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (half up front and the remainder after the 1st year)
  • $10,000 Relocation Assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAIL Family Medicine (FM)
  • Family Medicine - 100% Outpatient
  • 12-16 patients per day in clinic
  • 3 NP’s and 1 PA on-site
  • No Call - Excellent work-life balance
  • EMR - Meditech
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL Family Medicine (FM)

  • BE/BC
  • Must acquire CO licensure
