MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center in Iowa is seeking a passionate Neonatologist to join our team dedicated to providing high-quality care to newborns.

Practice Highlights:

Level III NICU with 10 beds
Average Daily Census of 5-6
Collaborative environment with experienced NICU team
Opportunity for quality improvement initiatives and education

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Educate families and support staff on neonatal care

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $346,920
