Full job description

Satellite Healthcare seeks a Home Therapy RN to provide compassionate dialysis care for patients in their homes. You will assess patients, deliver and monitor prescribed home dialysis treatments, and educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, infection prevention, and self-care. Collaborating with nephrologists and an interdisciplinary team, you’ll develop care plans, track outcomes, and address complications. This role combines clinical excellence, patient teaching, and autonomy in a mission-driven, not-for-profit kidney care environment focused on improving quality of life.
