Shuttle Bus Driver

This is a driving position for shuttling workers around at the Harwood, North Dakota data center build site.

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers around the Harwood, ND data center building site while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong safety awareness and practices, communication skills, some mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Duties

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents that occur during the route.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or passenger needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL-B license with school bus (S) and passenger (P) endorsements.
• Basic mechanical understanding to perform pre-trip inspections.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
